12/10/2025 BOARD MEETING PARKING UPDATE
UPDATE from the HOA MEMBERS MEETING 12/10/2025 - after well over one year of discussion by the Board and many efforts
to get a handle on the parking and security in the Lofts neighborhood - the Board has voted to enter into a one year agreement with Security Watch Group -
Redlands, FL (SWG). SWG will be providing SECURITY PATROLS, Logo Decals for OWNERS/RENTERS, and SELF ASSIST for GUEST PARKING.
On or about Friday January 9, 2026 all homeowners will be notified in writing how to sign up for these new services. Please be on the lookout for
updated information at this site and with written notices to each homeowner.

2025/2026 MAINTENANCE WALKS
REMINDER: WALKS HAPPEN YEARLY IN NOVEMBER as of 2025.
NOTICE - The 2025/2026 Maintenance Walks will start in early November 2025. Please be advised that FL Statute 720 has changed and the HOA is meeting the new requirements. Each homeowner will receive an "IMPORTANT NOTICE" letter explaining the process and page 2 will include a pre walk checklist for your convenience. The package will either be hand delivered to the unit porch or via mail sometime from 11.10.2025 forward. If you need an additional copy of the letter or checklist - PLEASE CLICK ON THE HOA DOCUMENTS TAB and where you can download additional copies.
UPDATE: All letters went out 11.25.2025.
PARKING VIOLATORS
As of the 12.10.2025 HOA members meeting, the Board voted to enter into a security arrangement with Security Watch Group.
Starting around Friday January 9th, 2026 Security Watch Group will be implementing new protocols with regard to parking and security.
